
New merchandise from the upcoming Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse confirms another Spider hero who will be joining the roster for Sony’s animated Marvel sequel.
Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse saw Shameik Moore’s Miles Morales navigating his newfound spider powers as he teamed up with Spider-Men, -Women and -Hams from various universes, including Jake Johnson’s Peter B. Parker, Hailee Steinfeld’s Spider-Gwen and Nicolas Cage’s Spider-Man Noir.
It looks like the sequel is getting ready to introduce even more Spider-People and one new hero has just been revealed.
Spider-Man Rocks
Images have recently surfaced online showing Spider-Man: Across The Spider-Verse tie-in toys, including versions of the electric guitar and horned mask belonging to Hobie Brown – Spider-Punk.
In the comics, the anarchic Spider-Punk comes from Earth-138, where he uses his spider powers and his ax to fight the power. It looks like Across the Spider-Verse will see Hobie Brown rocking out with Miles Morales, as his mask and guitar have been spotted hitting shop shelves already.

Following the critically acclaimed first film, expectations will be high for Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse. It looks like the sequel isn’t shying away from taking chances, introducing some of Marvel’s wildest takes on the wall-crawler, such as Spider-Punk.
